Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:

Products must be purchased directly from The Expert Pharmacy.
The request for return or refund must be made within 5 days of receiving the product.
Prescription medications, personalized items, and perishable goods are not eligible for returns or refunds due to health and safety reasons.

Return Process:

Return Conditions:

The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
All accessories, tags, and labels associated with the product must be intact and included.

Non-Refundable Items:

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error in shipping or the product received is defective.
If a refund is issued, the shipping costs incurred by The Expert Pharmacy will be deducted from the total refund amount.
